This older home had some deferred maintenance but the owner, a nice senior lady was starting to loosing her balance and she wanted to make sure she was going to be to continue aging in place in her Van Nuys home. So she wanted some grab bars installed in her bathroom and showerstall as well as a new step handrail for her front door.
We installed 2 vertical grab bars to help her enter both the shower and the bathtub and 2 grab bars on the showerstall wall and the bathtub wall. We also install a nice solid handrail on the concrete floor at the entrance of her house.
